6/7 MHz clock upgrades and repairs

Repair for a MSX with broken clockoutput by Carlo Escobar.
Often the CPUCLK output from the v9938 becomes damaged (for example by instering cartidges with power switched on. Here is a
solution to obtain an alternative CPUCLK.
